Following a successful PPMA last year, Advance Automated Systems will be using this year’s exhibition to mark their 15 year anniversary, as well as to showcase their innovative bespoke conveyor solutions for some of the UK’s largest businesses.

Starting off as a small team of engineers, offering simple, stand-alone belt conveyors with start/stop or variable speed control, the business has since developed to become one of the UK’s leading UK conveying and automated handling specialists.

On stand this year will be their innovative SmartLine Tote & Carton Conveyor – a zero line pressure system, used extensively in manufacturing and logistics warehouses. Ideal for tote, box and carton conveying, this solution offers flexibility, modular design and efficiency. The SmartLine system is also used as a pallet conveyor in a modular capacity, handling equipment for palletised product with capacities ranging from empty pallets to several thousand kilos.

An example of a belt conveyor will also be available to view. Designed to suit a wide range of environments, products and industries, including fully bespoke options, Advance’s belt conveyors come in all shapes and sizes to suit the myriad of products and requirements demanded of them.

Advance’s Bryn Roberts said: “PPMA is an important show for us and we always benefit from having some very productive conversations with a wide range of businesses. We have come along way from our early beginnings and look back with considerable pride at what has been achieved over the years. We look forward to what PPMA 2018 has in store.”

Advance Automated Systems supply automation systems to a wide variety of industries including automotive, logistics and food manufacture.
