Through the years, our Group staff has grown up to 350 employees, including highly skilled engineers and technicians, sales consultants, sales engineers, and our own packaging consulting department. With more than 40 years’ experience in the design and testing of paperboard and cardboard packaging, the Cama Packaging Department is available to help customers achieve high efficiency, improve sustainability and reduce material costs.
We have a cradle-to-grave sustainability programme: we don’t just look at our machines and how they operate, we look at the bigger picture, which includes everything from our premises to a product’s end of life.
Cama’s Industry 4.0 solutions including our latest Augmented Reality developments support sustainability in terms of proactive maintenance to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Augmented Reality now support all elements of secondary packaging machine lifecycle, as immersive technology simplifies spares, maintenance and training.
With augmented reality and virtualisation already proving invaluable across the design, build, commission, test and operational phases of our Breakthrough Generation (BTG) machines, Cama is now offering immersive, line side support for warranty, spares and consumables, through its Augmented Machine Assistance Package
