Rockwell Automation has published new tested, validated resources with strategic alliance partner Cisco. These resources are aimed at helping the automation industry address the security concerns associated with implementing new technologies and trends like the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT)
Free, and offered now through a dedicated web page, users will find the latest security best practices, guides, and insights for industrial enterprises to implement networks; all of which follow a defense-in-depth approach that utilises industry standards. These architectures address the dynamic security practices for both information technology (IT) and operational technology (OT) — essential in managing risk from the plant to the Connected Enterprise.
