Current opportunities
Sales Engineers
The roles offer an excellent opportunity for the right people to make an important contribution to the company’s future growth; there are differing requirements due to the nature of these positions’. They should therefore be able to offer some or all of the following experience:
• a proven track record in new business selling,
• sound technical, engineering and process control skills,
• knowledge of general process and/or power generation industries
Above all there must be a willingness to learn Procon’s systems and products and develop their skill levels in the above categories as necessary. Reporting to the sales manager, the successful candidates will be responsible for generating new end-user and OEM business, together with support of some existing customers. The sales engineers will be required to work on their own initiative to identify opportunities, produce proposals/quote, negotiate, close business and obtain orders in order to achieve continued year on year growth. A competitive package commensurate with experience is offered, including company car, private medical scheme, pension and group bonus scheme etc. This role is field based and applicants can be based anywhere in UK.
