Leading technology partners support Europump’s year-round activities and flagship industry gathering

Europump, the European Federation of Pump Associations, has highlighted the strong support it receives from industry partners through its sponsorship programme, thanking the companies that support the association’s work throughout the year and its upcoming 2026 Annual Meeting in Frankfurt, Germany, from 27–29 May 2026. The engagement of leading technology suppliers reflects the importance of collaboration across the European pump sector and helps support Europump’s ongoing activities as well as its flagship annual gathering.

The Europump Annual Meeting brings together pump manufacturers, suppliers, and industry experts from across Europe to discuss the technological, regulatory, and market developments shaping the sector. The event provides a key forum for knowledge exchange and collaboration across the pump industry value chain.

Industry partners supporting Europump

This year’s meeting is supported by a group of sponsors representing different parts of the pump industry ecosystem. Europump has expressed its appreciation to the following companies for their commitment and engagement:

Gold Sponsor – Innomotics

Silver Sponsor – WEG

Bronze Sponsor – IFM

Their support reflects the growing importance of collaboration between pump manufacturers and technology providers in addressing key industry challenges including energy efficiency, digitalisation, and sustainability.

Ralph Burgstahler, Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Innomotics GmbH, said: “Deepening our commitment to Europump through this year’s gold sponsorship is a conscious sign of our close ties to the European pump industry. Europump offers us a unique platform to further intensify dialogue with manufacturers, users, and associations and to work together on more efficient and powerful pump solutions for the future. This proximity to the industry is essential for Innomotics in order to actively shape technological developments and strengthen the competitiveness of the industry in the long term.”

Martin Brand, WEG Engineering Director for Drives & Controls, commented: “By partnering with pump customers, WEG fulfils its vision of being a global reference in electrification and automation—because when the world asks for reliability, WEG delivers.”

IFM emphasised the importance of strong industry partnerships in driving innovation and competitiveness. Mohamed Al Kadari, Vice President, Industrial IIoT at IFM, said: “It is important for IFM to support Europump as a sponsor because strong industry associations create stronger industries. Europump plays a vital role in uniting manufacturers, advancing technical standards, and shaping the future of the pump sector.”

Europump President Alexandre Lacour welcomed the continued engagement of industry partners: “We are excited to invite suppliers to contribute with knowledge and support to our association – both our flagship event, as well as throughout the year. We have built a sponsorship program to create a structured way to exchange with other supply chain members. The aim is to strengthen cooperation in order to join forces to push innovation and performance in our fast-changing sector.”

Europump represents the European pump industry at EU level and supports collaboration across national associations. The organisation works on key industry priorities including energy efficiency, ecodesign, sustainability, technical standards, and digitalisation, helping to strengthen the competitiveness and innovation capacity of Europe’s pump manufacturing sector.
