Jacob components and ancillary products are all supplied with machine lipped ends which, when fitted with one of their special connecting components and U shaped gasket, provides a dust and pressure rated connection of 3-bar overpressure. In an environment obliged to meet stringent food safety requirements, there are the FDA and EEC 1935/2004 approved food grade systems which, for additional safety, can be used with a blue metal detectable seal. For systems that are exposed to an outdoor corrosive environment, pipe components are available in hot-dip galvanised mild steel. Easily assembled and quickly dismantled for immediate changes to an existing system, there is a versatile solution to all conveying and bulk handling demands.
This installation friendly range is available in over twenty standard diameters, ranging from 60mm to 1600mm, and is normally available for next day delivery. The versatility it provides across manufacturing processes for bulk materials, dust extraction, exhaust air systems, cooling and environmental applications is unparalleled.

A well-stocked UK warehouse ensures rapid availability of the most popular system components and diameters and work such as fitting individual drive units to distributors or fitting special equipment such as metal detectors is carried out by their in-house workshop.
