The Red-y Compact II is the next generation in Mass Flow meters from Vögtlin. It is operated with easy to use built-in touch technology with intuitive navigation through a variety of settings and has a backlit display. It offers a range of power options; a standard AA battery, 24 Vdc and a Micro-USB to suit any installation.
The device has been designed to be very compact and can be installed in any position. Once installed it is immediately ready for operation. It measures real mass flow, independent of changes in pressure and temperature and is highly accurate at up to ±1% of full scale with a turndown ratio of up to 1:100. Whilst the Red-y Compact II measures the actual flow it also provides details on the total consumption, creating transparency in supply systems. Even better it can measure the flow of up to three difference gases or gas mixtures which is particularly ideal when space is at a premium.
When the unit has been installed and configured to your specific requirements, it can be password protected and ‘locked’ to help prevent unauthorised changes to the settings.
It comes complete with a number of configurable alarms which can be set to trigger on a variety of options including minimum or maximum flow, overflow and totalizer. Alerts and notifications show up on the home screen making fault diagnosis simple to identify and quick to resolve.
The Red-y Compact II is manufactured using high quality components to ensure long and trouble-free operation and is calibrated to the highest standards. The device comes complete with a 3 year warranty.
