helideck 2 Tranberg announces the launch of the most advanced "Circle" & "H" (C&H) Lights for marking Offshore Helideck PlatformsTranberg, a member of the R. This month, Tranberg have announced the worldwide product launch of the new CHLITE Helideck Lighting Solution, consisting of a  Lit Touchdown/Positioning Marking (TD/PM Circle) and a Lit Heliport Identification Marking (“H”) system, fully compliant with CAP 437 Standards for Offshore Helicopter Landing Areas.  The company have worked in partnership with Calzoni, a leader in the Aerospace and Defense market, resulting in an extensive range of technological expertise and a superior product which is designed and manufactured for hazardous and non-hazardous areas within the international martime and oil and gas offshore industry.

The system has been tested extensively in-house to meet the high quality and reliability standards of  both members of the partnership, with the main consumer benefits including a lack of necessary maintenance and easy, fast installation as no over-deck junction boxes are required. The lighting solution is ATEX certified, suitable for Zone 1 and 2, Marking: Ex II 2G Ex mb IIC T6 Gb and will have IECEX and CSA beginning of 2015.
