All our Vibration, Bearing Wear & Temperature Analysers are incredibly easy to use, with a clear OLED colour screen, and traffic light indication of Green for Good, Amber for Warning & RED for BAD, so they make interpreting the readings child’s play. In addition to the standard ISO readings the instruments also display an overall “g” number and a Bearing Wear Damage Unit value, as well as providing more information about Unbalance, Misalignment or Looseness. Even the most basic unit has an 800-line FFT and towards the top end of the range you can view “almost instantaneous” temperature readings, simultaneously, to help with identification of worn bearings. These models also come with FREE, Subscription FREE, powerful, but still easy to use, PC Trending Software to monitor all your assets over time, plot informative graphs, create automatic alerts & reports to ensure you see the problem before it becomes a problem. Data transfer is made easy through Bluetooth and our FREE Cloud Bridge app, meaning technicians can receive routes remotely and send back the readings seamlessly from anywhere in the world, to anywhere else in the world.
ATEX approved instruments are also available to enhance the range, with all the same great features as the standard instruments but allowing them to be used in Zone 0 environments, all around the world.
New to the line is a Bluetooth enabled Three-Channel Sensor Model that provides the basic Vibration & Bearing Wear analysis but also includes 2 Plane Balancing Features, powered by the FREE Ultra III app running on an Android Tablet, giving increasing flexibility with remote readings but providing more powerful enhanced features such as 51,200-line FFT, Phase & Orbit, Demod, Coast-Down, Single, Harmonic, Moving Harmonic, Sideband, and Time/Frequency Waveforms, Tacho Input and the ability to use Triaxial Accelerometers & Proximity Probes.
The Ultra III app, also allows integration with Bluetooth enabled Wireless Accelerometers and allows for Routes to be followed with readings & inspection information to be communicated back to our PC Trending Software remotely no matter where they are in the world.
Our Acoustic Imager, with its 128 channel MEMS microphones, allows the user to, quickly and visually, identify bad rolling element bearings and lubrication problems, leak detection of process gases or air leaks as well as Partial Discharge Detection on Live Circuits. This offers numerous advantages for mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing purposes, ranging from early problem detection and increased safety to improved efficiency and reduced downtime.
