TEMPERATURE SENSORS
Twenty people in our Dinnington (S Yorkshire) factory manufacture thermocouple and PRT sensors for virtually any application.
Labfacility offers an extended range of Mineral Insulated (MI) thermocouple assemblies and installation fittings, all available online for immediate despatch.
Thermocouple types J, K, T and N are offered in a range of sheath diameters from 0.5mm to 6.0mm depending on the calibration. Terminations include pot seals with tails or extension leads and thermocouple connectors; extension cables include PVC, PFA, PTFE, glassfibre and glassfibre with stainless steel overbraid.
Mineral insulated thermocouples can be used at high temperatures depending on the configuration; they are rugged, stainless steel sheathedprobes with flexible sheaths allowing bending or forming. They have a long operational life if used carefully and can be used in high pressure and vibration applications.
