We have a new addition to our exhibits this year in the form of our batch weighing/filling unit. The system links a Kecol viscous pump to a weighing controller to enable a pre-determined weight of medium and high viscosity materials to be filled into containers semi-automatically.
The sequence is started by the operator and the pump will begin to fill the container at full speed. Once the container is almost full the pump will slow down to a fine flow to improve accuracy. Once the pre-determined weight is reached the pump will stop and the system is ready for the next container. The system is fully adjustable and can handle fills of up to 200Kgs.
We will also be exhibiting our existing range of Maxiprime and Powerprime systems pumping material on the stand, together with an Articulated system under power.
