The KROHNE Academy, a series of seminars titled Process Measurement & Automation Control in practice proved a great success in the first leg of its tour across the UK in March and now travels North to Middlesbrough and Aberdeen in June.
The one-day seminars run in collaboration with leaders in their respective fields; Hima-Sella, SAMSON CONTROLS and Phoenix Contact with a guest speaker from SIRA, address key operating issues from plant safety to ways of increasing plant efficiency and controlling costs.
“We have received a lot of positive feedback on the quality and non-commercial content of the presentations,” comments Andy Muschamp, UK sales manager for KROHNE. “With plant operating costs soaring and the various legislations becoming ever more complicated, we wanted to gather a group of experts that could help plant operators to understand various ways of improving the efficiency of their plants and the legal requirements placed upon them.”
