OMEGA HAS INTRODUCED the OS136 Series of miniature, low-cost, infrared sensor/transmitter and the OS137 series of compact industrial infrared sensor/transmitter.
The OS136 features a 19 mm O.D. by 89mm long stainless steel IP65 housing. This mini transmitter suits applications that require measuring temperature in hard-to-reach, confined or harsh environment areas. The Series comes with a 1.8m shielded cable for power and output connections. Models feature industry standard outputs that provide easy interfacing directly to all meters, controllers, dataloggers, recorders, computer boards and PLC’s.
The OS137 Series offers a variety of options packaged into a small stainless steel housing. The standard features are adjustable Emissivity, 10 to 1 optical field of view, adjustable alarm set point and voltage output to drive external relays, and six pre-selected analogue outputs that can easily be interfaced to all
meters, controllers, dataloggers, recorders, computer boards, and PLCs. The unit comes with two hex locking nuts, 1.8m of shielded cable for power and output connections, and complete operator’s manual.
