Hydrotechnik test rigs are used in demanding and ‘mission critical’ applications including defence, manufacturing quality control, plant maintenance and Research and Development. Users of Hydrotechnik test rigs rigorously test hydraulic hoses, moulded coolant hoses, pipes, manifolds, tanks, accumulators, and valves to ensure they are fit for that purpose.
Hydrotechnik test rigs are designed and manufactured to operate safely and reliably at up to 15,000 psi. They can be operated with a multitude of liquids, such as oil, water, water and oil mixtures, and with ‘aggressive media’ including Skydrol and Jet A1.
Hydrotechnik have designs for a range of ‘standard’ rigs for common applications which offer value for money. Alternatively the team can take customer specifications and develop a bespoke solution for more demanding or specialist applications including end of production line rigs with automated process controls, integral instrumentation and data recording.

Hydrotechnik test rigs can be designed incorporating multi-channel dataloggers that allow the recoding of test data and subsequent analysis using HYDROcom 6 Windows based software or other similar packages. Full traceability for subsequent warranty or quality audits are all catered for.
