Solution: P&M?Pumps has introduced the ‘Health Check Package’ for users of Vaughan chopper pumps in the UK.
The packages are designed to help operators achieve on-going optimum pumping performance, with the emphasis on pro-active, rather than reactive maintenance.
There are two types of Health Package which include; site visits by one or two engineers at 6 monthly intervals, or at the customer’s discretion, checking and adjusting of key pump components, re-installing the pump for start-up, along with a full visit report of individual pumps including recommendations and proposals.
