The NERO range supplied includes stainless steel fittings, tubes, pipes, ball valves, pipe fittings and flanges with other materials available on request. Products supplied are usually from quality assured sources and our procedures conform to the latest standard of ISO 9001:2008.
Orders for stock items can be despatched up to the close of day of order placement. NERO holds high stock levels to keep up with demand in our HQ in Oldbury, West Midlands. Material test certificates or certificates of conformity can also be supplied with each order if required.
Our website shows products that if in stock, can be dispatched same day. If not in stock then they will be supplied normally within one week. NERO is also constantly adding to its range, please contact us for any products you can not find or any ‘specials’ you require.
Tube fittings are stocked in single ferrule compression and twin ferrule compression type. Metric sizes from 4mm to 42mm and imperial sizes from 1/8” to 1”. Styles are male stud couplings, female stud couplings, union, tees, elbows, male stud elbows, female stud elbows, male branch tees, male run tees, female branch tees, end caps and bulkheads. All with BSPP, BSPT and NPT threads and suitable for high pressures up to 630 bar.
The valve range includes ball valves, gate valves, globe valves, check valves, needle valves and Y-strainers. End connections are threaded, flanged, butt weld and socket weld.
Pipe fittings are available as threaded BSP or NPT, socket weld and butt weld. Pressure ratings are 150LB, 3000LB and 6000LB. Threaded fittings are from size 1/8” to 4”. Socket weld fittings are from 1/8” to 2” and butt weld fittings from ½” to 8”. The types available include 90 degree long radius elbows, 90 degree short radius elbows, 45 degree elbows, tees, reducing tees, concentric reducers, eccentric reducers, caps and stub ends.
Pipe is stocked as welded from 1/8” to 6” and the tube is seamless, stocked in imperial and metric sizes suitable for us with compression fittings.
Brackets and clips are available to suit all sizes of pipe and tube.
