Sick’s Industrial Instrumentation Division now includes a range of temperature sensors, adding to the company’s offering in level, flow, and pressure control.
The five new temperature transmitters for measurement and monitoring of liquids and gases offer customers the complete choice from basic temperature switches through to hygienic-grade thermometers designed for controlled environments such as the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries.
The range comprises, the TBS temperature switch, TCT contact temperature thermometer, TBT universal resistance thermometer, TSP resistance temperature sensor and the THT hygienic temperature sensor. All offer rugged design, universal application, adaptability and quick installation and commissioning.
Sick’s Industrial Instrument product specialist Darren Pratt, said: “More and more plant engineers are realising the benefits of rationalising their sensing and detection needs into fewer suppliers. Our aim is to support the industry in hard-pressed times with a true one-source sensing offering from initial process and automated manufacture to packaging and despatch.”
